for us, less than expert computer users, a general tutoring section would help on how to get around the site and how to use the different features that it offers.

Okay.. great idea.. Let me work on that. Really.. just poke around and use it is the best way. You can't break it.. but I'll work on getting something up here that helps out.

Hey G-MAN.. just a quick note to let you know that I've added a FAQ section for any questions or problems you might have. It covers all the basics you might need answered.
Let me know if this is/isn't helpful and I will try to look for something better.
